What is included in free shipping*?

We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping and Returns on all full-price orders for a new pair of Ceremony Sunglasses. Please note, free shipping does not apply to VIP orders, gift card purchases, repairs, or accessories. For these orders, shipping fees and taxes will apply, as free shipping is exclusive to full-price new sunglasses.

Additionally, we offer free returns for all website orders within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, simply email ceremonybali01@gmail.com to request a return label. Please note, shipping credits will not be issued for returns on orders that do not qualify for free standard shipping.

For repair orders, we do not offer free shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send their sunglasses to us, and you may choose any shipping carrier.
